I rarely need a handyman but I just moved in to my own apartment- alone and the stove/oven turned on but when I went to actually use it it did get hot or even warm. Art came over on Sunday within about an hour of the service request. He fixed the problem in minutes and then thoroughly checked that each burner, oven setting etc was in working order. He showed me which circuit breaker it was on and proceeded to check my heat/ac was also working properly before leaving. Art's Appliance Repair Service was referred to me by my home warranty program and I was pleasantly surprised. (I have had some shady people sent by them). Art dealt with my endless questions, reassured me that he knew what he was doing. Art was very accommodating to our schedule, called when he said he was going to call (big plus right there). He got to the house and was able to figure out the issue with my washing machine and was able to fix it right quick. He cleaned up after himself, was respectful of myself and my property.
