I had the most pleasant experience with this company service that included the dispatch center, the service management personnel and most of all the technicians are very well trained and have great customer service they were prompt on the repair of my appliance . I would recommend this company to everybody try them you wont regretted

We have worked with George for years with very good service results and communication! Leticia gets back to us immediately when we have appliance issues at our units. George has worked on my dryer twice now and he has been great both times! Professional, timely and communicates well- pretty much what you ask for from a business. As does whoever I have talked to on the phone about confirming appointment(s) My guess it the negative reviews are from frustrated people with appliance problems who took it out on the repair service. As you can imagine not many people are going to go online to write a review about a not so fun subject like their appliance having issues. I'd definitely recommend MasterTech Appliance Repair
