“This is a new urgent care near my home. The staff welcomed me promptly and I was signed in as a new patient. The staff are very professional and helpful. I was seen by the PA and was diagnosed and provided a prescription. I am very pleased with the whole experience.“

“after going to the ER & two other urgent cares in the area in attempts to get a cyst drained with no luck i stumbled across this place. this place is AMAZING. they had me in the room in no time and roxana was able to help me drain my cyst, and was the sweetest person ever towards me given i had been in a terrible mood and in a lot of pain. From the moment you book your appointment, everything is seamless. You can text the office directly, and there’s a super easy-to-use patient portal for records, prescriptions, and communication.

Dr. So is not only incredibly organized and professional, but he also genuinely listens and cares. I’ve never had a doctor so prepared before the visit, so attentive during, and so proactive after. Every detail is handled with care. The office runs like clockwork, and you never feel rushed or overlooked.

“If you are in need of going to a Urgen Care place I highly recommend hoag Urgent Care in Foothill Ranch. customer service is great, the nurse practitioner is amazing. You may have to wait a bit in the lobby to you get called but once you’re in the back in the room, they’re quick and fast and In-N-Out..“

“Great experience. Very quick to get in, and the doctor was very professional and knowledgeable. Ok update: when I left the receptionist said she would email me my paperwork today so I could submit it for my medical reimbursement. She didn’t do that. Plus It is virtually impossible to reach a specific office going through their automated phone system. So deduct a star.“

“I recently moved from Long Beach to Irvine, CA. I realized a couple days ago I probably had another UTI (I get them a lot). I was looking up nearby Urgent Care when I noticed a Carbon Health. I went to one in Long Beach. So I made an appointment and hoped they took my insurance. Not only did they take it the receptionist already had my records from the office in Long Beach. The nurse and PA were very friendly and caring. Turns out I did have a UTI and medication was prescribed. By the time I got to CVS it was ready.“

“Went to this Urgent Care last Friday. Our experience has always been good when we have come here. Took my daughter. Gina at the front desk was so sweet and checked us in very quickly. Juliette was the nurse that came in to take vitals. She was so kind and helpful. The doctor that came in that day was Dr. Majer. We have seen Dr. Majer before here. And just like in the past, she is very nice, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. We would recommend this urgent Care as we have always had a good experience here.“

“Dr Leung and his nurses are great. I come to him for my yearly physicals and any general medical concerns. He always takes very good care of me. He is my PCP and I will keep him as my PCP. However, there needs to be dedicated admin staff at the clinic. It's difficult to get a hold of someone for various things (appointments, request a prescription to be filled, etc...). I rarely get a call back if I leave a voice message as well“

“Excellent urgent care service. I have blood work done, I was place in waiting list because I did not have appt and took less than 15 min to be called in. Also checked in for ear problems and took less than 15 min to see the doctor who recommended a procedure that was done by an excellent nurse in few minutes and her care was super professional and kind. I always get the best service at Hoag in Foothill Ranch. Would recommend them for a professional and fast Urgent care and Lab work as well as any other needs.
