I've been reading the reviews with 1 star, and it surprises me. I love Dr. Gebhard, and his staff has been good. I've had nothing but good experiences with a Doctor that I feel takes his time to listen to his patients.

Dr pino is a wonderful doctor but the staff here is very lacking. They do not return phone calls in a timely manner. How is it possible to take a whole week to get back to your patients regarding test results. I have to consistently call everyday and leave a message in order for someone to call me back. It used to be a great office. I'm not sure if new staff was hired or what happened but it's very unfortunate.

That Corey guy that left a bad review must have either been confused or in the wrong building. This office and its employees have been nothing but respectful to me in my time doing business with them. From the front office employees to the Doctors and PA, I have been amazed by their level of professionalism and hard work. They go above and beyond what is asked from them and will not stop until all their patients are taken care of and fully informed. I would refer my family, friends, neighbors, and any strangers to Ross Legacy for any medical need they might have. I am beyond thankful for their performance and look forward to coming here for a very long time.Thank you all of Ross Legacy!
