More practices like this that accept a wide patient base, including medicaid patients, should exist in the OC. SPC is doing great work for the community and patient equity. I’m truly grateful for having encountered SPC and I would recommend it to anyone who desires a “central” PCP office to help coordinate ongoing health needs while referring to specialist care when needed.“

The office was clean, the Physician was knowledgeable and easy to talk to and the entire staff was friendly. I was in and out quickly! Plenty of parking and easy to find. Definitely recommend!“

I’ve been to PT more times than I’d like to have had in the past for various injuries (toes, hips, back, shoulder, arm, etc) and while I hope for no injuries in the future, I feel grateful and fortunate to have found a PT that’s incredibly knowledgeable and effective, and she’s also personable and caring. “Went to this Urgent Care last Friday. Our experience has always been good when we have come here. Took my daughter. Gina at the front desk was so sweet and checked us in very quickly. Juliette was the nurse that came in to take vitals. She was so kind and helpful. The doctor that came in that day was Dr. Majer. We have seen Dr. Majer before here. And just like in the past, she is very nice, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. We would recommend this urgent Care as we have always had a good experience here.“

“Dr Leung and his nurses are great. I come to him for my yearly physicals and any general medical concerns. He always takes very good care of me. He is my PCP and I will keep him as my PCP. However, there needs to be dedicated admin staff at the clinic. It's difficult to get a hold of someone for various things (appointments, request a prescription to be filled, etc...). I rarely get a call back if I leave a voice message as well“

“I’ve been wanting to go to this facility ever since I moved here, finally my insurance allows Hoag so I went ahead and booked with the doctor there. Somehow my original appointment got scheduled with an endocrinologist; Im a male and was going in for establishing care.They called me, I let them know there was some sort of mistake as im just needing a general doctor for routine care and establishing care initially.
They changed my doctor to a doctor who is accepting patients and I met with Dr. B Yee today.
Now let me say, I usually hate going to the doctor but Dr. Yee made me feel comfortable to open up about the small issues that usually I might forget about or don’t want to say.
For establishing care, I feel like my experience was really good and what he told me I can trust and I feel is unique and personalized more for me than past doctors. He cared about what I said and my problems and came up with actual logical solutions and explained the processes I would take along the way. I usually don’t like going to the doctors out of fear, but he really made me feel comfortable and confident in going next time knowing understood my health concerns and provided actual good advice, not the run of the mill “Diet and Exercise” that we all fail to most likely do.
