All of the staff was outstanding, very helpful and thorough from the moment I walked thru the door until I left. Many Thanks to the receptionist, medical assistants and PA (Anna). I'm feeling so much better now and I'm so happy I have this urgent care near by.

Myself and my family (5 and 10 year old in addition to my spouse) visit the AFC in Ladera for a variety of situations ranging from flu like symptoms to ear infections to ear wax removal and even what we thought might be a broken bone. In all cases we were treated well, timely and with care and attention. The staff is always friendly, we always leave with solutions to what brought us in, and we never have to wait too long. We will continue to come back for urgent care needs. Briana was especially kind and helpful during our last visit - thank you!

Great experience from Shareli at reception to completion (less than an hour with no paper all on my phone) and empathetic staff. Hisham and Dr Anne very precise and friendly. David drew blood perfectly. Got my blood results, prognosis, treatment plan, and picked up my prescription at neighbouring CVS 30 minutes later. Team was effective and friendly. Overall best urgent care I’ve had.
