Either way, the attentiveness was great and they were able to assess me in a reasonable time, assure me that I was going to be fine, and I that I would be seen soon so I could hang tight. After a bit, they even pulled in an extra set of hands to get me taken care of the right way. I've had less considerate care at other Urgent Care facilities when more staff was available. The fact there was enough staff to take care of me well was an equally good indicator of the quality of care. I'd wager it is safe to trust this facility with a range of issues.“

“Went to this Urgent Care last Friday. Our experience has always been good when we have come here. Took my daughter. Gina at the front desk was so sweet and checked us in very quickly. Juliette was the nurse that came in to take vitals. She was so kind and helpful. The doctor that came in that day was Dr. Majer. We have seen Dr. Majer before here. And just like in the past, she is very nice, knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease. We would recommend this urgent Care as we have always had a good experience here.“

“Dr Leung and his nurses are great. I come to him for my yearly physicals and any general medical concerns. He always takes very good care of me. He is my PCP and I will keep him as my PCP. However, there needs to be dedicated admin staff at the clinic. It's difficult to get a hold of someone for various things (appointments, request a prescription to be filled, etc...). I rarely get a call back if I leave a voice message as well“

Also checked in for ear problems and took less than 15 min to see the doctor who recommended a procedure that was done by an excellent nurse in few minutes and her care was super professional and kind.
