Challenge Rooter was FANTASTIC though out our entire sewer lateral work that was required after a home purchase. From their front office communication to the workers who come on site, they are timely, respectful and most importantly, competent. I obtained three quotes and Challenge Rooter was the most creative in coming up with a solution for an old system with some twists and turns, and were very fair in working with us on cost. Challenge was very receptive and supportive for the timeline we needed to achieve for getting our sewer lateral repaired. Repair folks were very professional and attentive to getting all the pipes correct and finding workarounds when pipes were inaccessible.
