We are extremely happy with both the results of the loft addition as well as the professionalism of the entire team. The crew worked very well together and the project lead Luis was very responsive to our requests. They did an excellent job of protecting existing flooring and stairs. They are very competitive on the price, the estimate was comprehensive, and there were no surprises.I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for a loft addition to their home.Service: Home addition construction

I do not write many reviews unless they are bad ones, but in this case it is a must! I am a project manager for commercial construction so I know my way around in the industry. That being said, I am only 2 days into construction with TLC, and they are the most well oiled, most professional contractors I have dealt with so far. Everything from the quoting of the loft, to all communication regarding work has been nothing but impeccable. The Loft Crafters constructed a loft enclosure bedroom with bath. The quality of the work is beautiful, it looks like the addition was always there. I was also incredibly impressed with care that was taken with our home. They were careful, respectful and did a very detailed job each shift of cleaning up. I can not recommend them enough.
