True Home is a pleasure to work with as every technician we’ve had has been knowledgeable, polite and effective. I would highly recommend True Home to anyone looking for highly skilled techs and owners who have integrity coupled with a high business acumen.
Jose was our technician and he is great and very informative. He gave us options with our AC unit and explained how each option would work. I have nothing but positive things to say about the interaction that I’ve had with this company.
Edgar was able to diagnose the problem quickly and get it fixed completely. He then did a thorough check of all the zones and adjusted them to be balanced. Two other air conditioning companies were unable to do this, so I am grateful to True Home for finally getting my system right.
