I highly recommend. I'm so happy of work with Ohtani Construction. I got dream bathroom. I am very picky and detail oriented, but my coordinator is very patiently listens to my requests and she put in all her effort to for my satisfaction. My dream bathroom would not have come true without her. Builders also very nice guys. They pay close attention to detail and work with exceptional care. They did amazing job. I'm glad I found them. I can't wait to work with them again on the next project!

We asked them to make a Japanese style bathroom which means a shower area and soaking bathtub are next each other and there is no dividing glass.

1. The workers came on time. We were told that they would come between 8 to 9 am. They were in front of our house at 7:45am.
2. They covered up everything. After they went back everyday, the construction area was clean. They covered carpet, stairs, floors, walls and everything that they needed to cover.
3. They asked us when they had questions. We had very easy communication with them.
4. They are hard workers. They even came on some Saturdays to catch up their job done.

Bathroom renovation was completed in a professional manner. Project Manager was continually involving us with information about next steps and offering us different options for the project. The demolition of tile and removal of bathtub was completed with care to immediately remove the mess and leave our home in a clean usable condition. This was very effective to calm our nervous feelings. Price was fair and transparent. I will use Ohtani Construction again and highly recommend them for any project you may have.
