“Ian is so knowledgeable and saved me a lot of anguish and cost by offering an alternative to tearing up my concrete. I had noticed my yard not draining from these last severe downfalls in So Cal. Normally, would not have noticed that there could be a problem. He did an excellent job diagnosing and offering me a solution. I had another plumber come out and diagnose my yard. He told me that I needed to spend nearly 20k to rip out the concrete and put in new drains. I didn't want to spend that kind of money, plus I didn't want my entire yard ripped out. His solution was to pressure the drains out, remove the roots that had overtaken the yard and to put root killer in the drains. I have him come out every six months to check on how my drains are doing. He does an excellent job and is very conscientious. I would highly recommend Ian from Zoom Drain.“

They have fixed poorly draining sinks, installed Toto Washlets, and repaired two toilets. They saw a hazard with my water connections to fixtures, apparently it could pop off and flood the house. They replaced them to a safer connector.
