We were extremely happy with Precision when they installed our mini-split unit 18-months ago. Now? Not so much.

After cleaning our system over the months, as instructed by Prescision, the unit has a failed part that needs replacing, not covered by warranty, for $600. $200 service call fee will be waived, but that's ludicrous in the first place.

The tech offered a system cleaning but that would be $375 per unit, with our system having 5 units total. So, 18-months in our $15,000 system is requiring $2000 of maintenance, due to no fault of our own.

If this upkeep is necessary, we were mis-sold this system. There's no way we would have agreed to buy this...read full review
