Big City Air Conditioning, Heating, and Appliance Repair

Big City Air Conditioning, Heating, and Appliance Repair is a locally operated company with over 10 years of experience. They provide same-day services with no hidden costs and transparent pricing. Their technicians undergo continuous training to handle any HVAC or appliance repair with precision and care, offering flexible, personalized services. HVAC installations come with a 10-year guarantee, and they use only original parts from official distributors. Customers have used Big City several times for repairs and HVAC installations, noting that every technician has been great, knowledgeable, fast, clean, and polite. One customer praised a quick response and diagnosis, with parts ordered and installed promptly, leaving them happy with a working oven again. Another highlighted a technician as professional, technically competent, with good people skills, and amazing at determining and fixing problems. A service call was described as quick, with the repairman arriving in the estimated time frame and replacing a drain pump professionally. The cost was reasonable for the part and labor. However, one customer noted difficulty communicating with the company to set up a follow-up appointment for ongoing issues with the same appliance.
