As a parent, there's nothing more stressful than seeing your child uncomfortable and not knowing exactly what's causing the problem. We were dealing with a concerning reaction that wasn't improving, and I was desperately looking for answers.

Dr. Karlsson took the time to carefully review the situation and quickly identified what was likely causing the issue. After following her recommendations, we saw a dramatic improvement in a very short amount of time. It was such a relief to finally have clear guidance and see our child feeling better again.

What impressed me most was the level of care and accessibility. Many medical offices are difficult to reach outside of normal business hours, but when we needed help the most, she responded with compassion and professionalism. That kind of dedication means everything to worried parents.

“I’m approaching 70 years of extensive athletics. I have had multiple spinal surgeries and broken many bones. I like to push as much athletic activity as I can to stay in shape. Dr. Lee recognized this and worked with me to do hyaluronic acid injections for years until I was ready for surgery. I appreciated his patience, but most of all, his performance. I could not believe that within 3 months of a total shoulder replacement that I would have more control over my movements and strength then I have had in the 10 years prior to the operation. I am now at six months and have returned to strength training and complete rotation of my shoulder. Now, ok, the overall experience was surreal, as I'm from out of state and decided to fly in. Big adventure, lots of money.
