Concentra Urgent Care provides professional and efficient medical services, with a generally positive customer experience. The staff, including receptionists and the doctor, are described as polite and competent. Many customers appreciate the welcoming attitude of the front desk staff, who are always eager to help. However, some customers have reported lengthy wait times, even when the waiting room was not crowded. While the facility is clean and well-maintained, there are concerns about hand hygiene practices, especially during procedures like injections. Overall, patients have noted the thoroughness and politeness of the staff, making their visits generally pleasant.
Staff and management were attentive to my process and concerns. The environment was clean and orderly. Very pleasant and efficient. The process was simple and easy. Very professional!!!
I went to Concentral for a pre employment drug test. I went in around midnight thinking it would be quick because it shouldn't be busy. The staff was friendly, but failed to explain that this process was going to take a while because there were patients in the back waiting to be seen by a doctor even though the parking lot was empty. It took approximately 1.5 hours to donate urine. When no one explains why you are just sitting and the front desk staff just gets up and leaves for the night stating someone will be with you shortly can cause a little anxiety. Communication is key.
I have visited Concentra multiple times at different locations and the staff is always on point, and this particular location ain't the exception, the ladies at the front desks were very ethical and helpful.
