Concentra Urgent Care provides professional and efficient medical services, with a generally positive customer experience. The staff, including receptionists and the doctor, are described as polite and competent. Many customers appreciate the welcoming attitude of the front desk staff, who are always eager to help. However, some customers have reported lengthy wait times, even when the waiting room was not crowded. While the facility is clean and well-maintained, there are concerns about hand hygiene practices, especially during procedures like injections. Overall, patients have noted the thoroughness and politeness of the staff, making their visits generally pleasant.
I went in for a DOT drug test and was amazed at how fast it was. I wasn't even there for 30 minutes. Now usually concentra locations take FOREVER, but whenever I have the option to oic which location I go to the torrance location. Staff are very professional and friendly!
The staff was great only thing I didn’t find good was the hand hygiene. Practice more hand hygienes especially when injections are being used. A lot of touch and go without proper used of hand soap or hand sanitizer.
I love the staff and results I have gained from Lucille, Accupuncturist. She is very knowledgeable and an expert in her work.

front desk girls, Maggie and other young lady (don't know her name). They are always welcoming and willing to help as soon as patients walk in. The above staff needs to be commended for a job well done!
