“I visited the urgent care with symptoms of slight fever the night before and lower back pain. I received the most thorough evaluation ever!

The nurse practitioner was phenomenal and stated she would not stop until we found the cause of my ailment. She ordered blood work a chest x-ray and then finally she sent me for a CT scan the same day this is where it was discovered that I had appendicitis, even though I did not have typical symptoms of pain on my side or nausea or High fever. I went to the emergency room and had my surgery later that night.

“First time at this clinic and I must say, easy transaction. Keep in mind, they required you to have a face mask, vaccine card and Identification card to check in. This loclocation is located inside a shared building, second floor. The office is well lit and organized. Foot traffic was minimum, the wait time was pretty face. I scheduled an appointment for 10:15 AM but arrived there at approx 09:50 AM. Had to fill out forms and after completion, I was already being seen. Excellent experience. I want to say, everyone that help me during my visit was professional, courteous and polite. Everything was done in a timely matter and you're pretty much on your way about your day. I definitely recommend this location due to their outstanding customer service experience. Very clean and sanitized. Their parking lot is spacious and easy access. They have a restroom for your convenience. This place is unique in their own way, from design and presentation, it's pretty nice. If you're in the area, stop by and say hi. Share your experience. “I don't understand the low ratings. But I can tell you THIS PLACE AND THESE PEOPLE ARE THE BEST. Once your Insurance is verified, you are good to go. I was seen within 10 minutes, I was speaking with the Dr. Who's BEAUTIFUL, within another 10 minutes. I was being treated within 5 minutes of our conversation. And because my treatment took close to an hour, I got a chance to see how, personable, friendly, and the work that goes behind an Urgent Care. I would definitely recommend it and if ever I am in need again. I wouldn't think twice about where I will go.“
