Terrible place to get mental health services, all they feed you is sandwiches and snacks and make you sleep in a reclining chair instead of a bed, you see the doctor over zoom, you dont get to have your phone or any property other than the clothes on your back, super small environment where you're kept for sometimes days at a time always loosing people's stuff, please dont come here if you're looking for help.
An awful and traumatizing experience. Do NOT expect any actual recovery to occur here. It is more like a jail. I waited 15hrs just to speak with a doctor who said I didn’t belong there. If you find yourself held here, call for actual help immediately
No wonder this place has the reviews it does. Moral of the story, wait after you speak to the doctor to speak to the receptionist or patient tech DONT LEAVE when you speak to the doctor like any other place.
Yesterday I called to see if I could come in for meds. They told me to come the next day around 2pm to speak to their doctor. I went at 2:20pm and the clients that were supposed to see the doctor before me hadn’t seen him. I wanted and saw the doctor after 4pm. The doctor was quick and told me he was sending my meds to a pharmacy. After speaking to the doctor, there was no one in the office so I left.
