Urgent Care near Culver City

“I have used this Urgent Care Center for a few years now and just now decided to leave a review. I don't know why because I should've left one years ago. This Urgent Care is truly one of the best Urgent Care centers I've ever been to. But I was moved today by Amber Boyd, she was the most attentive front desk person that I've ever had so far in the history of me. Going to urgent cares. Now I know urgent cares are designed to be there when your doctor can't take you and you have a non-life-threatening emergency. I have enough friends in the medical profession to know you do not go to the emergency room for conjunctivitis. I know my body well enough to know when something is off and today I woke up and my eye was bothering me and I knew that I had conjunctivitis. I head to my Cedar Sinai medical urgent care center and was greeted so warmly and treated so well. The thing about the Cedar Sinai team is that my primary care physician is a Cedar Sinai doctor so all of their records are like in one place so they can see what's happening with you when you're not seeing them it's the best ever. You just log onto the app. Today, I found out that they offer virtual care which is something that I could have used and not had to have come to the Urgent Care facility. I'm gonna try that next time telehealth is the way to go anyways, the doctors there at Cedar Sinai are just amazing. Patient, kind, and knowledgeable.“

“I’ve been here multiple times, it’s a great urgent care. Get there at open. They are thorough and fast. At the same time, I didn’t feel rushed out and felt the staff truly cared about my well being. Thank you.“

“Everything about my visit was great! The building was very clean, both inside and out. When I arrived, it wasn’t busy. They had me complete the paperwork online, and I was called in and seen within about five minutes.

The receptionist, LVN, and physician were all friendly, professional, and made the whole process easy and comfortable.

Free parking is a nice bonus, too.

“I had a great experience at this urgent care! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff was welcoming and efficient. I was checked in quickly and didn’t have to wait long to be seen. The medical team was professional, kind, and really took the time to listen to my concerns. They explained everything clearly and made sure I felt comfortable before I left. “I was recently sick and needed to see my doctor, but she didn't have any appointments available for 3 1/2 weeks (not even for somebody who was currently sick). I was referred to Dr. Nourparvar by a friend who raved about him. Dr. Nourparvar made time to see me that same day and I did not have to wait long. I feel as though he truly cared about what I had to say. I did not feel like just a number, but rather, a patient of many years. He really listens to the needs of the patient and takes the time to help you understand what's going on. I now have a new doctor that I feel has my best interest at heart.“

“This is a clinic with overall good primary care. I was looking for a clinic that allows same-day new patient appointments for immunization titer labs and I was glad this clinic worked. I had looked over many of the providers/locations that my health insurance Aetna covers but I didn't see this clinic on the list. Luckily this clinic also accepts Aetna. I found this clinic simply by using Google Maps to find the nearest clinics to my home. My appointment was on a Friday afternoon and there were only a few patients when I was there. I didn't wait too long before I was seen. The front desk assistant, lab technician and the PA who I had interactions with were all nice. They were helpful when they answered my questions and fulfilled my needs. After the clinic obtained and processed my blood lab work, it took them around 2 weeks to give me a follow-up (via telehealth/virtual) update of my lab results. Then it took a while for the physician to sign my lab report and for me to receive my PDF lab report. I had to message my PA on the online patient portal to remind them about the PDF lab report. I'd continue to use this clinic if I'm staying in this area! One thing I wish this clinic could improve was the new patient paperwork. I had answered all those questions on that very extensive new patient survey (online), but I had to re-answer many of the same questions when I was at the clinic in-person. I saw the lab technician type in all my answers on my patient profile. They could have transferred all my pre-filled online survey data to my patient profile before or after I visited. I didn't like it when I had to wait for them to manually fill in all my information when I had spent a long time filling out that very extensive new patient survey beforehand.“

“I’m visiting from out of state and was very well pleased with the care and attention I received. The staff were most kind and the physician was thorough with a very good bedside manner. I have pneumonia, quite to my surprise and if you know you know!! They just don’t pull that diagnosis out of the air. Much thanks to this facility and the people that make it possible. ❤️“
