Dr. Karlsson was an angel sent. We contact her and was available and ready to guide some parents who have been sleep deprived. She followed up with us, every 1-2 days and her treatment was very helpful. Thank you Dr. Karlsson, you are amazing

I was so grateful to be able to meet with a doctor of Dr. Karlsson’s caliber online. It felt like meeting with a family doctor at a small local practice. My daughter (4yo) had been fighting fever, congestion, cough, and ear pain. Dr Karlsson quickly determined she was most likely dealing with a virus, and advised over the counter medications and basic care. She also told us in simple terms what to look out for as potential signs of a new bacterial infection. Over the next few days, my daughter’s symptoms cleared just as Dr. K had predicted, and without taking unnecessary meds that “would not have affected the course of the illness”. Dr. Karlsson was so helpful and attentive in trying to help with my sons cough over the weekend. Gave me her number and text me to follow up. So hard to get children medical help on the weekend without paying a ton so this was great!
