I chose Urgent care of Southbay as my primary care doctors because they are a caring staff and very thorough, helpful and thoughtful. And because they really care. My favorite doctor is Morgan Surfas. I feel a trust with him and having that with a doctor is very important to me. The staff and receptionists are wonderful as well. If you're looking for good doctors and top notch health care, I highly recommend them.
I made an appointment during the middle of the week at 10am. I was seen very quickly. Maybe in and out in less than 30 minutes. The PA, Morgan, was really kind and the front desk ladies were also great as well. Definitely would recommend coming to this urgent care.
I love this urgent care. This had been my 3rd time coming here. The doctors, nurses, and even front desk people are so nice! Truly I'm writing this in tears.
I’ve been coming to this urgent care for a while now, and every visit reminds me why I trust them so much. The staff is consistently kind, compassionate, and professional. Most recently, I was seen for a pain issue, and my doctor truly listened and took me seriously. He was kind, attentive, and extremely understanding. He prescribed the pain medication I needed, and I left feeling cared for and respected — not dismissed or rushed, which is sadly too common in healthcare.
