Waited 35mins which was fairly quick due the nature of the business. The office was very clean and the company standards are above average. The entire staff was friendly and professional except for one front desk worker named Ariana with the ridiculous false eyelashes, she made a disrespectful remark under her breath toward me which would have got her cussed out if I werent in a higher tax bracket
The treatment and professionalism is Outstanding, and the wait times are very reasonable. I was a walk-in and Only waited fifteen minutes to be seen and I was there for three different assessments.
The staff in back are still friendly and professional. I was disappointed that Dr. Bos the hand specialist is no longer there. PT was great. My only gripe is the limited seating in the lobby. Put more seats outside if you’re going to limit inside. Sometimes the wait is long. Overall good experience.
