“First, gotta say that Danny is the man! I had a scheduled delivery for a refrigerator on Labor Day. When pulling my old fridge out, I found the water line hooked up to an old saddle valve. The moment I started to shut it off, it began to leak.

So, I needed some help and called a few plumbers but only got automated operators. I hate not talking to a real person. I finally called Jim and Sons, and a person picked up! I explained the situation, and they had someone, Danny, come out within 30 minutes, before my new fridge would even be delivered. Danny was super nice and helpful. He explained what he would do and provided a reasonable quote. I agreed, and it was replaced with a modern valve in about 20-30 mins time. Great workmanship on Labor Day. I'm happy with the work and will 100% call them again. They will be my go-to plumber.“

I'm in my 60s, and this was my grandmother's house, so I do have SOME degree of attachment to it.
