After I paid my deductible, I tried calling Gennaro to set up my appointment but no one answered the phone. I called 5 more times with no luck. I checked their Yelp reviews which were horrible, averaging 1 out of 5 stars. I called my warranty company back and told them to reassign my case with a different plumber which they promptly did. They assigned Rick at AAA Plumbing who answered the phone upon my 1st call. He told me that he had a previous job but would come to my house afterward. He showed up with such a great, peppy attitude, and I was very impressed. After diagnosing the issue, He patiently explained the entire process and promptly snaked my mainline, clearing up my problem. He did not try to up-sell me, and said that my copay covered everything. I highly recommend this company. He said he has been a plumber since the 1970s so he really knows his stuff. Thanks Rick!!“
