It all started with a slow draining toilet. Another plumbing company came out and put a camera into the sewer line. They discovered it was buckled with roots intruding into it. Their quote was extremely high - so high that it was nauseating! So, we sought other estimates.The second plumbing company gave an estimate that was half of the first company’s. Elite was the third company that came out. They pinpointed the problem and recommended a cost-effective but comprehensive solution (80% less that the first guys!).Richie and crew were professional and kept a tidy work area. Ricky and 2 employees ran a new line for my washer and repaired a front hose bib that was leaking. They cleaned up after themselves and also noted a natural gas leak in the water heater closet. Ricky called me and came back on his own to tighten the gas line. The gas company also confirmed the repair. I will always ask for Elite and Ricky in the future.
