“My under-kitchen sink shutoff valve started spraying water when I turned it off to change the under-sink water filters. I had to shut off the main water supply to the house, and we were without water until I could get a plumber out. I called Monday morning, and they said a technician could arrive within about an hour. Roger showed up promptly and, with his solid experience, had everything repaired and the water back on in about 90 minutes. He was friendly, professional, and explained the plumbing issue in simple terms. He also shared helpful advice: the small shutoff valves under sinks and behind toilets are not really meant to be turned on and off all the time. If you can easily access the main water line outside the house, it is often better to shut the water off there before doing this kind of plumbing work. He also mentioned that if you do need to use the fixture shutoff valve, carefully loosening the packing nut before and after closing or reopening it can help prevent problems. That was very useful to know since our water filtration system needs regular filter changes. The price was fair, the service was quick, and the repair was done right. I would definitely recommend them to anyone in Moreno Valley needing plumbing service.“
