Bill Hernandez is awesome! I had two plumbers come out and tell me that they had to cut my ceiling to finish a job. Bill came out, double checked the other plumbers’ work, and diagnosed the actual problem. Turns out the other plumbers were trying to take me for a ride. Bill did not. He's thorough, friendly, and awesome at his craft. I’ve got more work to do on the place, and I won’t shop around anymore. Bill is my guy.
Germaine gets the job done every time! He knows what he’s doing, excellent at explaining the problem and repair, and very professional and polite. He has installed two water heaters, replaced a leaking shower faucet, repaired a heater, a leaky drain hose, and a pressure regulator, all on the same day we called with our tenants emergencies. He gets the job done and always with a great attitude too. Thankful that we found a licensed plumbing company for our Crestline mountain properties!
