Gave us multiple options. Our AC is running again. He performed maintenance as well as install a new item to boost the AC's performance.

They sell a family plan that is very affordable and come out 4 times a year. Covers AC, water heater, plumbing/drain, and heater.

Appreciate they sent a picture of the technician before he arrived so we could be assured he was a part of their business.

“Our 9 year old Noritz tankless water heater failed over the weekend, and All Tankless responded right away. They quickly diagnosed a leak that had also damaged some of the electronic boards. They even contacted the manufacturer to check warranty coverage. While some parts were still covered, the labor was not, and given the age of the unit and the fact that we were not the original owners with full maintenance history, a rebuild did not make much financial sense. We decided to replace the unit like for like.

All Tankless installed the new tankless water heater the same day, and we had hot water back before evening shower time. That level of responsiveness was excellent.
