Had an emergency, with a leak at my place. The Mr Rooter plumber came in quickly, was very professional and did a great job. He took lots of pictures of the job and provided the same when the job was done. Great for emergencies.
I highly recommend Mr Rooter plumbing. The technicians that service this 50-year-old house were amazing. Anthony and Tristan were polite courteous and respectful of the property. They provided me with excellent communication and kept me informed of the work they were doing. I couldn't have asked for better technicians to come and service my property. I've used other plumbing services in the past, but I will never be using them again. Anthony and Tristan went above and beyond. I couldn't have asked for better technicians. Scheduling an appointment was easy. Richard was on time and very pleasant. My problem was fixed immediately without a hitch. I appreciate the communication and efficiency they provided. Unlike other plumbing companies I have worked with they are definitely the best. The price was as stated and very inexpensive. Upon arrival they did not try to upsell me or suggest additional services that I did not need. They were not out to make a profit they were just out to solve my problem. I will use them for any future Plumbing related issues. I highly recommend!
