I made a mess of my kitchen drains with one of my crafts and knew I needed someone right away on a Friday night at around 8:30 pm. The dispatcher was excellent and texted and called me back quickly to tell me they were coming immediately.Carlos Mayorquin came around 9:00 pm on a Friday night and diagnosed the situation. He very kindly explained what needed to be done. They needed to bring in their water jet truck to unclog my drains.He called in Noel who also came right away! Both hard working men worked as a team to get the job done. They were here til 1:00 am and were extremely nice and professional. The response time and service was top notch. EVEN ON A LABOR DAY HOLIDAY WEEKEND!! Eli came out, assessed the situation, and gave me his professional advice and suggestions. We went on with the job. In a very efficient and timely manner it was completed. Came out again the next day to follow up with camera, and found other potential issues. Service like this here is what it’s about. This company is amazing, first I had to reschedule a couple of time due to health, but it was no problem they understood then when Javier came out he was polite, courteous and respectful he actually took his time and explained what needed to be done what machines he was going to use and how they operated, just amazing. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter. Everything cost a lot more now a days, but with this type of work ethics this company will be around a long long time.Service: Drain cleaning
