“The initial inspector Jason came out and thoroughly inspected my roof and detailed the damage and provided a detail description of what is needed for repair with cost. He also showed me a video of the damage. The day of repairs the two roofers showed up promptly and immediately started the repairs and even discovered that additional stuff was needed in order to totally repair the roof. The second day they was again showed up promptly at 6:30am and finished the job. I’m totally satisfied with their professionalism and attention to detail. Thanks again guys I will definitely recommend you to friends. 5stars!

“Although I was not a good candidate for solar, I still want to leave a review. Prime home solutions reached out to me after I entered my information on EnergySage and promptly made an appointment the following day at my request. I was teamed up with Mike who came to my house on time and gave me multiple scenarios to see if I would be a candidate for a solar and battery addition to our home. Instead of a 10 minute visit to say why I was not a good candidate due to many trees surrounding our house, he entertained my ideas of what if I cut down all the trees, which my wife WILL NOT AGREE WITH, Mike still provided detailed assumptions, and the UGLY CONs. Mike was honest, very knowledgeable and reiterated that adding more panels, more battery packs was not fiscally sound. As much as I was wanting to install solar, he said that the increased cost of doing so would not be beneficial and warned of other installers that may do it, knowing that there is no benefit for me in the long run. I highly recommend them cause there is no pressure tactics and just an honest company with honest employees. I have attached an email that I received from Mike after he left and I asked him to provide me the cost analysis for reference and just in case I decide to go ahead with solar against their advice. “We thought Ricardo and his team fixed our roof which happened on 7/10/2024. Then on the first heavey rain of 11/22/2024 we got leaks in both our guest room (celing and side walls) and family room (Adjacent with Guest room). My husband checked the 1st floor gutter which was overflowing and found the downspot was filled with lots of Moss and Dirt that previous team shoved through which blocked the water flow and was not cleaned properly (my Husband Cleaned it). Also the 2nd floor gutter was overflowing too so I called and also left a message for Jason and he came the following day and found and put a temporary patch so we would not run into any issue until the permenant fix. on 12/23/2024 Richie came in and replaced the temporary patch with the permenant solution. THANKS Jason and Richie for your help and support.“
