The installers did a great job. They installed a concrete patio and did a good job on the coating and insulation, better than a paint job. SMUD's report shows energy efficient results with attic insulation and Tex Cote. The price is reasonable and the quality of service is expected from a knowledgeable service representative. The price is the best rate found.

The painters themselves were wonderful. They went out of their way to fix small issues that most crews wouldn’t have bothered with and took extra time at every step to ensure everything met my standards.
