4245 Hussey Dr, Carmichael“Jeff Ratchford just replaced our 47 year old tile roof. We had leaks during the storms and Jeff responded quickly to our call for an estimate. Our old roof was solid but didn’t have any underlayment and the original paper had disintegrated. Jeff went over our options with us and we decided to do a full replacement with new tiles. Jeff’s bid was very reasonable. He and his team did a great job and repaired dry rotted areas as well. The area was cleaned up after the job and we are very pleased with the new roof. Jeff also replaces siding and we will definitely be calling him when we are ready for that project.“

Luckily not much damage. They repaired our new roof at no cost. They also coordinated with our HVAC company because ours broke while having our roof replaced. Bjorn is an up front guy. He's not going to trick you into purchasing something you don't need, want or can't afford.“

“I would absolutely recommend working with Davis Roofing Group. They replaced our roof and did new gutters and downspouts and we are very happy with the final product. From start to finish they were easy to work with, always on time, and paid great attention to detail. They provided us a list of nearby jobs to help us decide on roof colors and I got a chance to see the quality of their work up front. We got five bids and Davis had a competitive price, but we could tell just from our first interactions that we were going to get a high quality work from them. They stuck to their quoted price, no surprises, and the roof and gutters turned out awesome. Their crews were always on time, took great care of the yards during the project, cleaned up each night before they left, and were great around our young kids.
