When I contacted them and told them we had a leak, Jose came out right away and did a thorough job of looking for the problem, assuring me they would find the cause. We had received a few different estimates and decided to go with Prime Roofing. We are so happy we did! Jose and Gloria's customer service exceeded my expectations. They genuinely care about their customers and their work. Both Jose and Gloria communicated every step of the way. We have never had to go through a re-roof and I have to say hands down they made this the best experience for us. We felt at ease knowing they had all handled. It was a pleasure working with them.
