Their stucco guy Rafael was great as were his workers. However what impressed me the most were the last guys, Joe and Shawn who came to finish some drywall repair around the newly installed window on the inside of the home. They went above and beyond and did more than what they were contracted to do just to make sure it would help me finish the rest of the drywall project more easily. The fact that customer satisfaction is considered this important tells me this is good company and I would use them again due to my experience with this project.“

“I needed a complete reroofing of my house and got three quotes to evaluate. I chose American Cool Construction to do the job. The Owner/Contractor David Saruhanov came out to meet me and discuss the project. He offered much more than the other two bids I got and he was very specific of the job they would do. What was most important to me was the warrantees, which he offered 25 year warranty for workmanship, and 50 warranty from GAF for any materials that should not hold up. The other two proposals only offered either a 7 year or 10 year warranty. I had a very good feeling when discussing the project with David that he would deliver what he said. And that is exactly what happened. I would highly recommend anyone needing roof repairs, new roofs, or reroofs, to check out The American Cool Construction Company. Their bid was barely more than the other two bids and the warranties much longer.“
