“I needed a complete reroofing of my house and got three quotes to evaluate. I chose American Cool Construction to do the job. The Owner/Contractor David Saruhanov came out to meet me and discuss the project. He offered much more than the other two bids I got and he was very specific of the job they would do. What was most important to me was the warrantees, which he offered 25 year warranty for workmanship, and 50 warranty from GAF for any materials that should not hold up. The other two proposals only offered either a 7 year or 10 year warranty. I had a very good feeling when discussing the project with David that he would deliver what he said. “Jeff Ratchford just replaced our 47 year old tile roof. We had leaks during the storms and Jeff responded quickly to our call for an estimate. Our old roof was solid but didn’t have any underlayment and the original paper had disintegrated. Jeff went over our options with us and we decided to do a full replacement with new tiles. Jeff’s bid was very reasonable. He and his team did a great job and repaired dry rotted areas as well. The area was cleaned up after the job and we are very pleased with the new roof. Jeff also replaces siding and we will definitely be calling him when we are ready for that project.“

“The initial inspector Jason came out and thoroughly inspected my roof and detailed the damage and provided a detail description of what is needed for repair with cost. He also showed me a video of the damage. The day of repairs the two roofers showed up promptly and immediately started the repairs and even discovered that additional stuff was needed in order to totally repair the roof. The second day they was again showed up promptly at 6:30am and finished the job. I’m totally satisfied with their professionalism and attention to detail.
