“Staff of American Building Development were hired to work on our primary bathroom. Vitalli fixed our subfloor that previously contained dry rot. It took much longer than anticipated but was completed thoroughly and the site was left clean. Mike is planned to complete the floor/shower tile and drywall repairs. We also had the pleasure of meeting Dan although he is not on this project. So far everything has been fine. We would maybe recommend this company. We will update this review as work is completed to our satisfaction. Will also upload pictures of the finished product.“

We chose to install a louvered Apollo patio cover. From estimate, to design, install and finish, the process went smoothly. Each person we worked with was personable, knowledgeable and professional. We were engaged throughout the process. The install crew were excellent, worked hours on end with hardly a break, and at the end of a work day, put things neatly away and cleaned up meticulously. Everyone easy to work with, encouraging our input along the way. In particular, to their credit, and deserving of accolades is that less than 1 month after install an intense storm with winds of 50-60 mph lifted and blew off several louvers. I called them the next morning to report what happened and they were here and fixed it that afternoon! Excellent customer service!“
