I called Lucero’s Roofing to fix a leak by our chimney. They provided a bid for the repair but as this was the second leak on a 25+ year roof we requested a bid to replace. There was no pressure from the owner, Eric or his son Jacob to go this route but really glad we did. The demo revealed quite a bit of rot and areas that would leak soon if not already doing so.
A roof replacement is expensive but once you see the amount of work that goes into it, you see why. The process took a little over a week and was pretty non-stop. We are grateful for Lucero's Roofing Inc.'s experience, expertise and ability to make adjustments and get our roof leak inspected and repaired in a quick turnaround before the next rain. They are knowledgable and professional. We learned the hard way how important roof inspections and gutter cleanings, from professionals, are. They are now on our calendar for regular gutter cleanings and inspections as needed. Roof leaks are not fun! And we were very fortunate a friend referred us to such a qualified professional.
The roof is beautiful. Lucero’s was very detail with what work needs to be done and the products used. During construction the workers were very polite and respectful. Every day they cleaned up so no nails or garbage lying around. They even swept up the leaves on my patio! Highly recommend
