Roof Recovery
“These guys are fantastic. Alex came out to assess my commercial roofing needs and provide an estimate. I had other commercial roofing companies come out as well. The others were either reluctant to tackle the TPO repair project, or wanted to sell me a completely new roof. Alex’s confidence along with his very reasonable bid gave me the confidence to hire Roof Recovery. Alex sent Jesse and his team out to complete the work. They did a great job scheduling around a late summer rain storm and kept me informed through the entire project. As expected a little more roof damage was discovered after taking off the TPO. Jesse and his team documented everything with photographs and a detailed description of their findings and recommended solution. As a multi commercial building and residential property owner having Roof Recovery, Alex and Jesse on speed dial is a critical resource. I highly recommend including Roof Recovery in your bid process for any roofing needs.”
Nationwide Sun
“Two years ago, our family fell victim to an improper solar installation by a previous contractor that resulted in multiple roof penetrations, causing severe water damage throughout our roof, attic, and our daughters' bedrooms. Now, finally coming out the other side of a long, drawn-out battle, we were extremely apprehensive about who to trust with the repairs. A close family friend encouraged us to contact Nationwide Sun. They had installed his solar array, and he had nothing but positive things to say about his entire experience. Unfortunately, that seems to be all too rare in the solar industry. So, we followed his recommendation and contacted Nationwide Sun to remove our solar panels, repair the water intrusions, retile our roof, and finally reinstall and reconnect our solar system.
From the initial consultation to the close of our project, Nationwide Sun did an excellent job communicating every step of the process, the expected expenses, and what to anticipate along the way. Every employee we worked with was respectful, courteous, hardworking, and genuinely seemed invested in both the company and the quality of their work.
Jose, specifically, was amazing to work with. His expertise and compassion were apparent in everything he did. He went above and beyond every step of the way to make sure our roof was not only repaired but proactively improved to help prevent future failures and unnecessary expenses. The CEO of Nationwide Sun even came out personally to make sure everything was going smoothly, both for his team and for us as customers, and to ensure we didn't have any questions or concerns.
Nationwide Sun has earned its reputation for a reason. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for solar, roofing, or related services. After everything our family has been through over the past two years, they restored our confidence that there are still companies that genuinely stand behind their work and take pride in doing things the right way.”
