Staff of American Building Development were hired to work on our primary bathroom. Vitalli fixed our subfloor that previously contained dry rot. It took much longer than anticipated but was completed thoroughly and the site was left clean. Mike is planned to complete the floor/shower tile and drywall repairs. We also had the pleasure of meeting Dan although he is not on this project. So far everything has been fine. We would maybe recommend this company. We will update this review as work is completed to our satisfaction. Will also upload pictures of the finished product.
American Building did a great job in our house. They took out a load bearing wall and installed a beautiful beam to open up our kitchen. Dan and his team has excellent communication, professionalism and also a great value. We will be working with them again!
Dan and his team are amazing! They started their work promptly at 8:00am and they completed the job in 2 days. They replaced a lot of the siding on our house and they did a beautiful job! I highly recommend using American Building Development.
