“I’ve been working with Own It Fitness since October of 2023 in their personal training program. I had never done a formal training program before, and I was looking to lose body fat and gain strength for my upcoming wedding. After my consultation and movement assessment, Miguel and his team created a program for me that allowed me to meet my goals. Miguel really takes the time to explain proper form with each exercise, which was important to me. I never feel like I am walking into a workout, unsure of what to do. I already feel stronger and have more energy throughout my day. I feel supported and encouraged by the whole Own It team and would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a great personal training experience.“

“Gym is equipped with everything needed to successfully body build one-on-one training is the best route to get back into a fitness routine. Trainers are excellent ?“

“No frills place where you can workout without any disturbance. Front desk staff are very friendly. Personal training is not great and that is expected based on the monthly fees. Equipments are cleaned regularly which is a great bonus.

Not open 24 hours on weekends, but that is posted anyway.“

“This has got to be one of the best places to learn Martial Arts! When I first joined I had been hopping through many different sports to find what fitted me. I was shy and didn't have much confidence. This place welcomed me with open arms and even though I haven't been here very long, the coaches made it very comforting. I not only learned many physical skills and gained lots of exercise, I also learned life skills. It changed my mindset and the way I act completely for the better. I would say the discipline and my sense of decision making has improved increasingly. The coaches are amazing and are here to help you through every step of the way.
