“I had a gift certificate which was emailed to me via PEARL and you have to print the certificate. If they cant mail it forcing customers to print is ridiculous. This is in unnecessary step that creates more work on the customer. I also do not like that they never answer the phone. ANSWER the PHONE. I do enjoy the Spa, 90 minutes with Lee was life changing. I wept for days after because she stirred so much emotion. I am obsessed with her and overall she was super kind. The place is immaculate and I feel honored to come. I just wish that coming there was easier and they communicated better over the phone.“

“The customer service I received from Rhianna when booking my appointment was top notch! I enjoyed the atmosphere of the spa and my massage with Barbara was relaxing! I would not classify the massage as deep tissue as requested, it was more of a Swedish massage. Enjoyable nonetheless! I would definitely come back to try the other services and offerings from the estheticians, Ayurvedic specialists and masseuses. I also would be interested to try the acupuncture! Parking on the street nearby was easy, it was 2 hour parking only and I got to my car right before the 2 mark and was already given a ticket which was a bummer but had nothing to do with the spa just something to be aware of!“

“Worthy is an absolute gem of a sanctuary. I go here regularly for the sauna and red light therapy. The space is beautiful, and I feel my body start to relax when I first enter the space. The people who work here are so friendly and easy going. In our modern day life in this hustle and bustle, I love coming here after a busy day at work. I got my nails done here and was incredibly impressed with how they turned out. They lasted over a month, and I’ve been getting compliments nonstop.

I’m usually very particular when it comes to Brazilian waxing, but the staff made me feel completely comfortable and handled everything with such care and professionalism. I’ll definitely be coming back!

The salon is so aesthetically decorated and they also have a mini refreshment bar (cheese ,nuts , juices - super cute ). Overall one stop shop for nails, facials , lashes and more.“

“After work, I called around 5:30 today to schedule a last minute walk in mani pedi for an event the next day. The ladies immediately got me seated, with a cup of hot tea, and let me try out the different polishes I picked out for comparison. I don't typically do my nails except for special occasions so despite the last min booking...I felt so pampered with the thorough arm/hand and leg/feet massage. They even accommodated for a last minute color switch when I requested to match my toenails. Cozy, relaxing vibes, great service & attention to detail. Thank you!“

“5+ stars!!! What a great experience!! And the people who work here are so nice. We first went to the hot tub. It is outside and wonderful. Then we headed to the sauna. If you have never been to a Finnish sauna, you must try this place out! It is not like a sauna at a gym or hot springs. It’s the real deal. And can essentially get as hot as you can handle. Soooo good! I felt toxins releasing from deep within.

The facility is super clean. And it feels really nice.

“The professionalism and customer service that I received from Dermaplus is the best I have ever experienced. I came for my first facial a few months before my wedding to do a trial and everything was phenomenal. Fast forward to the week before my wedding, I had a bad reaction to the dermaplaning. This is no fault of Dermaplus, as I have quite sensitive skin and that is not uncommon. When I messaged very stressed and asking for advice to help my skin recover before the wedding in a few days, Andrea the owner responded immediately. “I used to see Alexandra regularly when I lived in the East Bay, and even though I’m now based in San Francisco, I still make the trip across the Bay Bridge traffic to see her. Her studio is a calming, peaceful sanctuary, and Alexandra herself is one of the warmest, kindest people I’ve ever met.

One session years ago that really stayed with me was when she gifted me crystals after learning my uncle had passed away — such a thoughtful and unexpected gesture that shows how deeply she cares about her clients as people.

She gives truly incredible facials, and the massages that come with them are rejuvenating for the whole body and spirit. I’ve never had another esthetician pay such close attention to detail or be so in tune with what my skin actually needs. Her technique and level of care really set her apart. My husband even had his first-ever facial with her, and it was so satisfying to see everything she was able to extract!

“Earthbody is my Goto place for massage! I have been going for years and am finally writing a review. When I am stressed, my body absorbs it everywhere. My muscles get tight, my back hurts, my neck gets stiff. I go to Earthbody and the masseur takes care of me. I do not even request any particular masseur because I have never had a bad one!
It is a small place with a relaxing waiting area. They provide tea and a hot towel while you wait and the books to peruse include The Four Agreements and Maya Angelou poetry - lovely! For reference, I am an active 64 yr old woman and have been going to Earthbody since my 50's.“

“If you're like me and you're not a very fancy person and you just want a standard good massage to loosen up muscle stiffness, and speed up injury healing this is the place to go. I wish I got the name of the woman who was my masseuse but she was super sweet and very accommodating, and she listened to everything that I asked her to do and pay attention to. She's very thorough, won't miss any major muscle groups, and she uses very mild products that don't irritate your skin. It was such a good experience and I woke up the next day, not as sore as I had come in with my elbow injury. Great prices, clean facility, great location. I will definitely be back on a semi regular basis.“
