I have not had a massage in years, so this was a special treat. My massage expert was timely and the treatment was transformative! I cannot remember when I have been that relaxed. For those of you like me, who put everything and everyone before yourself, take some time out to get a massage here. It really is worth it.
I have avoided massages for years because they tend to stir up my bad back, But since I was really struggling with a lot of neck pain I decided to give it another try. I had the best massage I've ever had! Their massage belt they used was adapted in ways that made me very comfortable and helped to deal with my pain. I didn't expect to be able to stay the whole hour but I did. Sunday was a skilled and sensitive practitioner and it was such a positive experience that I made an appointment for next week as well.
My experience at Sundhari was wonderful. The reception person was lovely, the space is bright and clean and relaxing, and my massage with Amir (myofascial release massage) was, I think, the best massage I've had. I highly recommend!
