Neurofeedback has helped me through two major, pivotal times in my life. The first time I tried neurofeedback, I was experiencing vivid nightmares and struggling with PTSD. The Brain Spa became a safe, supportive space for me while I was healing.
The second series of neurofeedback sessions I did was while studying for my medical board exams. During this period, I was hardly sleeping, yet somehow I never felt depleted while doing neurofeedback 2–3 times per week. It helped keep me calm and grounded during what could have been and should have been one of the most stressful times in my life.
I passed my board exams on the first try, and although I know my six years of training probably had a lot to do with it, I give a lot of credit to the Brain Spa team for helping me get through that period feeling calm, focused, and supported.”
