“Caroline is fantastic. I developed a very bad case of frozen shoulder from years of swimming. I was not able to sleep on either of my shoulders and working at the computer was extremely painful. Caroline's approach was scientific, thorough and professional. I felt much, much better after the first meeting. I have progressed steadily and continued to improve. Caroline is the first massage therapist that I have worked with; I wish that I had met her sooner. “Wow wow wow! This has been my second time getting a facial from Corinna and I can’t believe the results from the two that I’ve had. I just left and it looks like I had a face lift and my skin looks so firm! I just turned 41 and have noticed small changes in my skin looking puffy, dry and less firm. I’m looking in the mirror right now and my skin is so much better. She uses several tools and lights that make it super results-driven which I think is so important. “Noi is amazing! I have never tried a Thai massage before but it was just what I needed to get rid of some knots in my legs and my shoulders. You can make an appointment online and pick your masseuse (I recommend Noi) and knock on the door - if locked- to wait. They have you take your shoes off and then change into some loose clothing. Thai massage uses your own body weight, so there's some movements where your sort of twisted around, so I like the loose clothing. Sometimes it can be painful, especially when you are tight in certain spots, but overall I leave feeling super relaxed.“
