Alessandra is a true gem. I am 59 and my skin has never looked better. She is so so meticulously thorough and a master masseuse when it comes to the perks of arm/neck massage that come with the standard facial. Plus she is a kind lovely person who gets to know her clients. I also think the value is excellent — a bargain in a city where pricing can get easily inflated.
