“I've been to the other locations in the Bay several times, but recently having moved to Oakland, I finally got to visit the Rockridge location.
The staff was incredibly nice and attentive and my room was ready as soon as I got there.
The facility was quiet and clean and my session was nothing short of refreshing. It's something that I always look forward to for a good reset.
They never rush you or hurry you up which I appreciate because sometimes it take me a little while longer before and after my floats to get in and out. The vanity area is in the middle of the facilities which is different from what I'm used to but I had to trouble finding it or getting what I needed.
I recommend and will be back!“

“Me and my partner got a deep tissue with cupping for the first time. It was awesome! We left very satisfied and relaxed. It started with a back massage and stretching, then arms, shoulders, sides and hips. Then she started with cupping, and also massaged my sole and calves. Lastly, got a head, neck and shoulder massage too.

We do run and train in martial arts almost everyday so our muscles are very tight. We plan to come back here again very soon.“
