This was without any exaggeration by far the best facial treatment experience I've ever had. I received loads of conscious attention and generous care from Alexandra. The environment was so relaxing and the products of very high quality. One of the things I really dislike about the wellness industry is that, often, we only focus on the customer experience and not the relation between them and the person who offers care, ignoring that the latter can be overworked, poorly paid and exploited, especially in big wellness companies. This location is so serene and Alexandra makes you feel so comfortable. She is gentle and communicates well to make certain that their is a plan of treatment that matches your individual needs. I am generally anxious and appreciate the healing environment that is created in her space. Waxing can be painful and vulnerable, but she guides you through the process and makes its less awkward. I will continue to return to the healing environment that she has created. Looking forward to a facial and massage by Alexandra.
I initially went to Alexandra’s Muse to try their facials and I’m happy to keep going back. The environment Alexandra and Mallory have for their clients is very calming and relaxing. I loved the service I got on my first muse facial that I recommend my sister try out their massages and she says it’s one of the best massages she has gotten. A very cozy experience and the services are very tailored to the clients. I can’t wait to try out their other services outside of the muse facials.
