Alexandra was incredibly comforting and communicative during our entire Brazilian wax session. She really spends time getting to know her customers and really wants to provide an incredible service. Highly recommend going to visit her for a wax!
This was my first visit here and was immediately taken with the decor and warmth of the space. Alexandra, and her sweet rescue dog Willow, made me feel comfortable right away, and she did an excellent job with my wax. I will be back for sure!
This was without any exaggeration by far the best facial treatment experience I've ever had. I received loads of conscious attention and generous care from Alexandra. The environment was so relaxing and the products of very high quality. One of the things I really dislike about the wellness industry is that, often, we only focus on the customer experience and not the relation between them and the person who offers care, ignoring that the latter can be overworked, poorly paid and exploited, especially in big wellness companies.
