They are all amazing and leave you *glowing*She has also educated me on what causes breakouts where, so I am more aware of when my diet is poor and my hormones are acting up.She also helped me prep my skin for my wedding day and honestly my makeup was flawless because it all starts with great skin care!! I get compliments on my skin all the time and I have no doubt she is the reason. She used high quality LED treatments that target fine lines and breakouts. It is clean, unpretentious, and a welcoming environment.Although there were other clients there getting other services, I really felt comfortable there like I could take up as much space as I wanted and settle into the sanctuary communal space.The staff is very genuine in their commitment to providing a meaningful experience. Not just the provider who served me, but the whole team present felt very genuine and caring.The guided cold-plunge and infrared sauna combo is a powerful experience and the results are lasting. “I visited Alexandra's Muse for a facial, which turned out great. I felt very relaxed and my skin was very smooth afterwards. During my appointment Alexandra did some exfoliation, moisturizing, and extractions, as one expects during a facial, but also a nice short head, face, and arm massage, all on a heated mattress, with music on, which made the whole experience very calming. Alexandra herself was also lovely. Would highly recommend.“

I have Long strawberry blonde hair that I just put in a braid every day and forget it. I’m not into fancy hair care and I had my last trim about 9 months ago (don’t judge me! ?). I put my total faith in Sarah to make my overdue cut into a Oscar worthy stylish down do. OMG I had so many compliments that evening and the next day on my haircut and style from Sarah! “I have been coming here for many years as it is down the street from me. I started out with a massage series, which is their packages of 10 if you are committed, and want a cheaper price upfront.Then I would come for my hair services once my friend, who did my hair styling moved out of town. They did a good job, but I was not into sitting there for so long, so I stopped going for that service!Now I am back with another massage, serious, much needed with all of that tension. You build up day by day! The massage rooms are small, but clean and welcoming. There are restrooms both upstairs and downstairs. Some masseuses are better than others so hopefully you can find one that you like and they will stick around. Like most places masseuse turnaround is very high. You can even read profile bios of the masseuses on their website.There is a variety of items you can buy at the front desk area and they have a bench now to sit while you wait for your service.I am also on the email list, so I get announcements of new events.The downside of the massage series is that you have to call in or go in person to buy it and can’t do it online. I like doing everything online and I don’t understand why they don’t have that option for this! Luckily, you can make your appointments online.Emailing the front desk is a hit or miss. Some people reply right away and some miss your email and won’t reply for many days.“
