“Was there today at the Commerce facility,I must admit I wa impressed.The whole staff showed a lot of professionalism,seemed liked the whole staff worked in harmony.Waiting time was a little long,but Fridays are the busiest from what I was told. Alma & Sandra were superb,very knowledgeable and friendly.Those two are the bomb,also very polite as wel. “This place is so close to the house I decided to give it a try. Didn't even wait an hour so came at a good time (after 5pm on a Tues). The receptionist was polite and told me what to do. It's really nice inside so don't let the outside fool you. The MA/nurse who took me back was very nice and listened to what i said and had a sense of humor too! I was seen by the doctor VERY quickly who was super cool. She eased all my concerns and answered my questions and gave me advice. Unfortunately i didnt catch her name. She made time for me instead of brushing me off. And the next day when I needed my visit notes faxed to my PCP the person did it immediately while I was on the phone! I would definitely come here again. Minimal parking because its on a busy street but clean bathrooms!“

“Dr Tu is a ENT specialist, I had been to countless medical offices for about 4-5 years and no one could pin point my cough. I finally saw Dr. Tu through a referral from a relative and he immediately ordered an allergy panel and found the source to my cough. I have been seeing him for about 4 years now and have my allergies under control and manageable. I see him 3-4x a year for maintenance treatment when the seasons change. I would recommend him for allergies, sinus issues and common cold / viruses. His office operates differently than some and I work in Los Angeles so his hours work great for me because I can stop in between 6-7 or one Saturdays. There are also mechanisms in place to hold your place in line if it is busy and you can pop in and out if you need to.“

“My impression is good, they form a very organized and professional team, they keep us updated on our corresponding shifts and that is very good, since this allows me to use my time better, on other things while waiting for my turn. The nurses behave very discreetly and kindly. The doctor pays attention to the patient and immediately proceeds to tests to avoid risks and have a better diagnosis. “Best urgent care experience. The wait was only about ten minutes, the ladies on the desk were very attentive. They even popped on a movie for the kids. The DR was also very informative and felt like she listened. I would definitely recommend coming here. I'm the type to just skip urgent care and just suck up the pain because of how scared I am of places like this. This place made me feel at ease.“

“This afternoon I brought my daughter in as a walk in and first thing I liked was how polite and friendly the receptionist Destiny was as if we were regular patients. We got called to the back again back office medical assistant Stephanie kind friendly professional made us feel comfortable took vitals and told us Dr would be in shortly, as she did. I like how Dr Lara was genuinely concerned about my daughter's visit and our needs such a sweet woman. Later that afternoon I was at my son's pedestrian since he isn't a patient at mayflower come to find out no Dr in office until next day I called Destiny to check my son's insurance I got a call back from her to bring him in the do take his insurance what a relief I couldn't miss another day of work. So I got to see staff again was there almost until closing still friendly staff I know how hectic it is working in medical field especially during pandemic &flu season but this ladies are Amazing even though end of shift is coming still giving to each patient thank you for tending to my children. If ever needed I'd be back and also recommend.keep up great job“

“Dr. William Lenaburg is a lifesaver. I have been coming here for roughly three years, even prior to this location becoming an Exer. I am relieved he is still here, because the quality of care he provides is excellent. He is empathetic, a great listener, and has a wide array of knowledge concerning diagnosis/ treatments. The man is clearly a veteran in the industry with great experience. The staff here are friendly, fast, and Mobile check in never takes long. I would never go to another urgent care, This is the best place in Pasadena, And I have always been in and out quickly with the help I need. Thankyou Doctor!! “On July 12, 2024, I visited Kaiser Urgent Care in Pasadena, California, and my experience was absolutely phenomenal! From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a friendly smile by Diana, the receptionist. Her welcoming demeanor set a positive tone for my visit. I came in to address a few concerns that I needed clarity on from a medical procedure I had on July 3, 2024. The professionalism and care shown by the entire staff were incredible. Robert, the LVN, took my blood pressure and was courteous and efficient. His professionalism contributed greatly to my comfort during the visit. Dr. Chris Aghayan was outstanding. He was not only professional but also genuinely caring and patient. He took the time to listen to my concerns and provided the necessary care with great attentiveness. “I'm impressed with Dr. Symaco & his assistant Anita's proactiveness. They called me up after receiving my lab results, to ask if I'm feeling any symptoms and sent the needed prescription to the pharmacy after the call. In addition, the doctor was able to see me right away even though my original appointment was scheduled a couple of weeks away. Dr. Symaco provided excellent care and listened attentively to my concerns. He and Anita displayed a high level of professionalism and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit.“
