At first I was skeptical of the whole puppy training idea, but as I started joining the class, I realized I had been doing a lot of things wrong and only regretted that I didn't start sooner. Jeffrey is very experienced and knowledgeable - he addresses my endless questions and concerns with patience and encouragement. I will continue to work with him to train my two dogs through different levels - my dogs really enjoy going to the class :-)“

“Dr. Kwon focuses on your pet, period. He’s caring, professional and very experienced. Our little (14 yo ?- rescue) Bichon has kidney disease, which Dr. Kwon caught early. As it progresses, Dr. Kwon prescribes effective meds that improve our little guy’s quality of life. Nearly three years later, we’re very grateful for the care and experience that’s allowed us to keep Ray comfortable and living his best life. In addition, the pricing is lower than other vets we’ve used.“

“Dog food, toys, grooming, play camp, training and hotel in one shop. My Australian Sheppy stayed overnight for 2 days and seemed to enjoy his stay. Staff knows all the dogs by name and very friendly. Spacious store and aisles to move around with the big dogs.“

“Dr. Wright was great and everyone else we interacted with was very nice. This was our first visit with our newly adopted dog who is very fearful after coming from a hoarding situation. Dr. Wright answered all of our questions. Everyone handled him patiently and with good care. I found the pricing/estimate process to be comparable to an independent practice where I currently take my cat. They presented top tier care options and gave me time to ask questions and prioritize.“

“We tried this hotel for the first time. We brought 2 our cats here for a week, because we needed to go out of state. We first came to see the place, and were really glad to see that the cats here have rooms, not cages. They have plenty of space for a walk, windows with a view, shelves and chairs on different levels to chill. We brought our food, some blankets and favorite scratching pole, so our cats will feel almost like home. The workers in the hotel followed our feeding schedule for our kitties. Julie, the owner, was so nice sending me daily updates and even cats' pictures, so I did feel connected even being far away from my babies. We are definitely going to use this hotel again in the future. The prices are different depending on the size of the room, but reasonable, I have to say. Thank you, Julie and your workers for taking care of my cats! I highly recommend this place to other cat owners. Just keep in mind to place reservation ahead of time, because this hotel is pretty popular and busy.“

“Ricky was an absolute pleasure to work with. He helped us get our adopted 1 year old golden retriever, Nana, adapted to being a well-behaved house dog with just 5 in person sessions. Ricky was always very punctual and even stayed a little longer a few days to help us. He also helped us with our second dog, Huck, so him and Nana could live cohesively. All in all, 10/10 experience. Will be using him again for any future dogs“

I am only comfortable leaving him with The Barkmont family when I need to have daycare for Ollie. Cannot recommend this facility enough. 10 stars - if that was an option.“
