Great customer service for grooming services! Fantastic job, super friendly, pet is well taken care of. $45 for bath, but really it’s $65 for all the add ons. Has self wash station and day care. Bring cash for tip though. Can’t do it via cc

Justin, if you don't enjoy your job and the customers who pay money at the store where you work, please find another job. Don't take someone else's place! Plenty of people in San Francisco would be happy to take your spot.For the store manager: Justin ignored me at the checkout today. Asian customers formed a queue on the right side instead of the usual left. I stood behind them to avoid having two separate lines at the same cash register. There was a couple of Asian customers in front of me, and Justin clearly saw that I was standing behind them with a large quantity of Royal Canin cat food (I didn't grab a basket, so I was just holding 20 packs in my arms).
